We are pleased to offer select pies with dietary and/or allergen modifications, including gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, nut-free and vegan options.

These pies are available by pre-order only. Orders must be placed by 5pm on the day prior to order pickup. Please be advised that while we work diligently to mitigate cross-contamination, we are an active bakery and we are not a dedicated allergen free kitchen. Q: What pies are available gluten-free?

A: The following pies are offered gluten-free: White Chocolate Strawberry; French Silk; Turtle; Key Lime; Raspberry Key Lime; Lemon Cream; Lemon Raspberry; Chocolate Peanut Butter; Peanut Butter; Milkshake; Southern Pecan; Pumpkin; German Chocolate. All of our quiches (Bacon Cheddar, Sausage Cheddar, Broccoli Cheddar, Vegetable) are available gluten-free as well. We use a gluten-free flour for these pies. Please be advised that while we work diligently to mitigate cross-contamination, we are an active bakery and we are not a dedicated gluten-free kitchen.

Q: What pies are available sugar-free?

A: The following pies are available sugar-free: Coconut Cream; Banana Cream; Chocolate Cream; American Apple; Old Fashioned Peach; Blackberry; Blueberry; Cherry; Mixed Berry; Pumpkin; Rhubarb. We use Splenda as the sugar substitute for these pies. Pies may also be ordered with half or zero standard sugar by special request.

Q: What pies are available dairy-free?

A: American Apple; Blackberry; Blueberry; Mixed Berry; Rhubarb; Strawberry Rhubarb; Rhubarb.

Q: What pies are available nut-free?

A: Our entire pie menu is nut-free with the exception of: Peanut Butter, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Turtle, Peach Praline, Southern Pecan, Chocolate Bourbon Pecan, and German Chocolate.

Q: What pies are available vegan?

A: All pies can be ordered with a vegan crust, specifically meaning the crust will be made with shortening (rather than lard). For a pie completely animal product free, you’ll choose any of the dairy free options and choose a vegan crust.

Q: Is there an additional charge for pie modifications?

A: Gluten-free, sugar-free, and vegan crust each have an additional $4.99 charge per modification. A dairy-free modification is $1.99.
